The Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.571/QD-SGDHCM dated August 16, 2022 to lift the shares of Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (stock code: VAF) out of the warning status as from August 18, 2022.  

Reason: The auditor expressed an unqualified opinion on the reviewed financial statements for the first half of 2022; as prescribed in Point c, Provision 4, Article 37, Rules of listing and trading of listed securities issued together with Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated 03/31/2022 by the Members’ Council of Viet Nam Stock Exchange.
