ADS: Adjusting the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend for 2021

    The Board resolution dated August 11, 2022, the Board of Directors of Damsan Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment of planning to issue shares for 2021 dividend payment with details as follows:

Legal capital resources used to issue shares for dividend payment: Undistributed after-tax profit of the Company as of December 31, 2021 according to the audited financial statements in 2021. Specifically.

-          Undistributed profit after tax until 12/31/2021 according to the audited separate financial statements in 2021 is 67,687,005,513 dongs.

-          Undistributed profit after tax until 12/31/2021 according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2021 is 89,238,568,278 dongs.

Thus, with the total number of shares expected to issue shares for dividend payment is 5,710,417 shares, equivalent to the total value of issuance at par value of VND57,104,170,000, Damsan Joint Stock Company ensures sufficient capital from the undistributed profit after tax to carry out stock issuance for dividend payment of 5,710,417 shares.

Time of implementation: expected in Quarter III/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
