The Board resolution dated August 10, 2022, the BOD of Hong Ha Food Investment Development Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

Approved the increase of charter capital from VND321,671,440,000 to VND353,835,080,000, equivalent to 35,383,508 shares due to the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020 & 2021.
Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital of VND353,835,080,000.
Approve the registration to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HSOE) for the additional issuance shares.
