-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of shares issued: 75,653,891 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 75,653,891 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 12,104,623 shares; Of which:

+ Stock issuance under ESOP: 756,540 shares

+ Stock issuance to existing shareholders: 11,348,083 shares

-          Offering price:

+ Stock issuance under ESOP: 10,000 dongs/share

+ Stock issuance to existing shareholders: 15,000 dongs/share

-          Issue time: expected in Quarter III/2022 or Quarter IV/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
