The Board resolution dated August 10, 2022, the BOD of Lam Dong Mineral and Building Materials Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

Approved the business result in first six months of 2022.
Approved the dissolution, termination of operation of branch at No.87 Phu Dong Thien Vuong, ward 8, Da Lat city, Lam Dong province.
Approved the amedment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital of VND200,000,000,000, equivalen to 20,000,000 shares.
