Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company (COMECO) announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated July 01, 2022 to approve the transfer contract of 1,000,000 shares of PVOIL TRANS that COMECO already owns to PVOIL according to the results of the competitive offering on May 16, 2022 as follows:

- Issuer: Viet Nam Petroleum Oil Transport Joint Stock Company (PVOIL TRANS)

- Stock type: 10,000 dongs/share

- Stock volume/share block: 1,000,000 shares/01 share block

- Transfer price: 15,304,000,000 dongs/01 share block.
