The Board resolution dated July 01, 2022, the Board of Directors of Hoa Sen Group approved the following issues:

1. Approving the result of stock issuance under ESOP:

-          Expected issue volume: 4,934,800 shares

-          Distributed volume: 2,930,800 shares

-          Unsold shares volume: 2,004,000 shares.

2. Approving the handle to continue to distribute the remaining shares to other investors:

-          Selling volume: : 1,970,000 shares

-          Selling price: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Payment date:  July 04, 2022

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.

3. Approving the cancellation of remaining shares if investors do not register to buy/or do not pay on time.
