The Board resolution dated July 22, 2022, the BOD of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company approved the temporary stop to carry out the procedures related to the repurchase of treasury shares due to the current share price of HDC has exceeded the price proposed by the Board of Directors.
