FLC: Board resolution on the change in audit company

On July 21, 2022, the Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: FLC) unanimously decided to terminate the audit contract signed between FLC Group Joint Stock Company and Vietland Co., Ltd. because on March 30, 2022 the State Securities Commission issued a decision to suspend the audit approval status of Vietland Co., Ltd.   

The Board of Directors decided to choose An Viet Auditing Company Limited to be the audit firm for FLC.
