-          Beginning date of offering: June 08, 2022

-          Ending date of offering: July 18, 2022

-          Number of distributed shares: 18,000,000 shares

-          Value of distributed shares at par value: VND180,000,000,000.

-          Charter capital before the private placement: VND587,650,320,000.

-          Charter capital after the private placement: VND767,650,320,000.
