On July 15, 2022, the Board of Directors of Masan Group Corporation (stock code: MSN) unanimously approved the signing of facility agreement with BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse AG – Singapore Branch, Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited, The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited - Singapore Branch and other sponsoring parties (if any). Accordingly, Masan Group Corporation is allowed to borrow an initial amount of not more than US$205,000,000, with the option to increase the loan by US$45,000,000.

Related to the signing of facility agreement by The Sherpa Co., Ltd. and BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse AG – Singapore Branch, Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited, The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited - Singapore Branch and other sponsoring parties (if any), The Sherpa Co., Ltd. is allowed to borrow an initial amount of not more than US$170,000,000, with the option to increase the loan by US$180,000,000.
