The Board resolution dated July 18, 2022, the BOD of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the result of stock issuance for 2021 dividend payment:

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 64,293,706 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 64,292,926 shares

-          Number of distributed shareholders: 7,639 shareholders

-          Number of fractional shares: 780 shares.

2. Approved the cancellation of the fractional shares of 780 shares.

3. Approved the plan to handle of unsold shares in the stock issuance under ESOP:

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 9,600,000 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 9,470,000 shares

-          Number of remaining shares: 130,000 shares (These shares are distributed to 02 other employees)

-          Payment date: July 18, 2022.

4. Approved the registration to raise its charter capital from VND6,429,370,690,000 to VND7,168,299,950,000.

5. Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital of  VND7,168,299,950,000, equivalent to 716,829,995 shares.
