The Board resolution dated July 15, 2022, the BOD of Dong A Plastic Group Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital for increasing charter capital the following subsidiaries:

1. To increase charter capital in Dong A Plastic Company Limited (DNA):

-          Charter capital before increasing capital: 415,000,000,000 dongs

-          Ownership ratio of DAG: 100%

-          Additional charter capital: 227,658,794,000 dongs

-          Time of implementation:  expected from Quarter IV/2022 to Quarter III/2023.

2. To increase charter capital in Smart Window Viet Nam (SMW):

-          Charter capital before increasing capital: 136,000,000,000 dongs

-          Ownership ratio of DAG: 100%

-          Additional charter capital: 90,000,000,000 dongs

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2022.

3. To increase charter capital in Dong A Plastic Limited Company (DAS):

-          Charter capital before increasing capital: 68,000,000,000 dongs

-          Ownership ratio of DAG: 100%

-          Additional charter capital: 70,000,000,000 dongs

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2022.
