The Board resolution dated July 15, 2022, the BOD of An Phat Bioplastics Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the result of share public offering:

-          Registered offering volume: 100,000,000 shares

-          Beginning price: VND 12,000/share

-          Sold volume: 55,840,000 shares

-          Average bid price: VND 12,000/shares

-          Total value: VND 670,080,000,000

-          Distributed shares volume: 44,160,000 shares.

2. Approved the cancellation of undistributed shares of 44,160,000 shares.
3. Approved the change of the Company’s charter capital from VND 3,264,344,960,000 to VND 3,822,744,960,000.
4. Approved the amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital of VND 3,822,744,960,000, equivalent to 382,274,496 shares with par value of VND 10,000/share.
