-          Ratio of share dividend: 10:1

-          Issued volume: 11,023,801 shares

-          Cancelled shares: 758 shares

-          Number of shareholders receiving the 2021 dividend: 5,007 shareholders

-          Charter capital after the issuance: 1,212,693,970 dongs

-          Approve procedure of changing the charter capital, the company’s regulation and registration of shares to VSD.
