The Board of Directors of Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (Saigontel) issued Board resolutions approving the extension of loan contracts with related parties (the related person is Mr. Dang Thanh Tam) as follows:

- Board Resolution No.27/2022: the related party: Tan Phu Trung – Long An Industrial Park Co., Ltd.. Saigontel extended the loan term of Tan Phu Trung – Long An Industrial Park Co., Ltd.

- Board Resolution No.26/2022: the related party: Northwest Saigon City Development Corporation. Saigontel extended the loan term of Northwest Saigon City Development Corporation.

- Board Resolution No.22A/2022: the related party: Tan Phu Trung – Long An Industrial Park Co., Ltd.. Saigontel extended the loan term of Tan Phu Trung – Long An Industrial Park Co., Ltd.
