1. Approved the resignation of Mr. Bui Duc Nhan as Head of Internal Audit of the Company.
2. Approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh as member of Internal Audit of the Company.
3. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Le Thi Thu Hien as Chairman of Internal Audit of the Company.
4. Approved the appointment of Mr. Bui Duc Nhan as member of Internal Audit of the Company.
