Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the removal of transfer restriction of 30% of shares in the 2021 employee stock ownership plan (ESOP 2021) as follows:

-        Number of shares expected to be removed the restriction: 4,976,400 shares

-        Estimated trading date: from July 13, 2022 to July 20, 2022

-        Number of remaining restricted shares: 13,023,600 shares.
