On July 08, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued Decision No.481/QD-SGDHCM to change the shares of Victory Capital Joint Stock Company (stock code: PTL) from supervision status to warning status as of July 12, 2022.

Reason: The retained profit of PTL until December 31, 2021 was -442.1 billion dongs, the profit after tax of shareholders of parent company in 2021 was 15.8 billion, according to the 2021 audited consolidated financial statements. The securities is subjected to warning status as prescribed in Point b, Provision 1, Article 37, Regulations on listing and trading of listed securities issued together with Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Members' Council of Viet Nam Stock Exchange.
