Joint Stock Company For Telecoms And Informatics announces 2022 AGM resolution as follows:

1. Approve reports of 2021 business results and 2022 business plans.

2. Approve reports of the BOD, Supervisory Board.

3. Approve 2021 financial statements.

4. Approve 2021 cash dividend at 16.5% and 2022 dividend at least 16.5% of par value.

5. Approve the 2021 profit distribution.

6. Approve the remuneration of the BOD, and Supervisory Board for fiscal year 2021 & 2022.

7. Approve the list of auditing firms.

8. Approve appointment of members of the BOD, and Supervisory Board.
