The Board resolution dated June 06, 2022, the BOD of Duc Giang Chemicals Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

Approved the selection of PwC Vietnam Company Limited as the auditor for the financial statements in 2022.
Approved the record date to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing:

- Record date: expected on June 28, 2022

- Exercise ratio: 01 share – o1 voting right
