Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company announces a document supplemented to 2022 AGM  as follows:

-   Supplementing a report of the BOD for the 2021 profit distribution and dividend plan.

-   The BOD suggest the 2021 dividend at 4.5% (144,275,874,300 dongs) and 2022 dividend at 6% of charter capital.

-   The suggestion will be considered and approved by AGM.
