- Appointing Ms. Vu Thi Tuyet Mai in charge of corporate governance cum a secretary of the BOD & the Supervisory, and disclosure representative.
- Appointing Mr. Nguyen Dinh Anh as capital representative of Coma18 at Hung Loi Hung Yen Hydroelectricity J.S Co.
- Appointing Mr. Le Kim Tuan as 50% capital representative of Coma18 at Kinh Do Industrial Park Investment J.S Co.
- Appointing Mr. Bui Dinh Du as 50% capital representative of Coma18 at Kinh Do Industrial Park Investment J.S Co.
- Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh, Deputy CEO and ms. Duong Thi Thu Ha in charge of corporate governance cum a secretary of the BOD & the Supervisory, and disclosure representative resigned from their positions.
