-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs

-          Number of shares issued: 1,949,779,664 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares1,949,779,664 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 477,696,017 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): 4,776,960,170,000 dongs

-          Exercise ratio: 1:0.245

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 1,003 shares. With 1:0.245 exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 1,003 * 0.245/1 = 245.735 shares. Accordingly, the shareholder A will receive 245 new shares and the fractional shares of 0.735 share will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
