Nam Viet Corporation announces 2022 AGM resolution as follows:

1. Approving reports of 2021 business results, 2021 audited financial statements and 2021 profit distribution.

- 2021 profit after tax: 128,739 mil. dongs

- 2020 dividend: 127,128 mil. dongs

- 2021 dividend (10%): 127,128 mil. dongs

2. Approving 2022 business plans.

3. Approving 2022 profit distribution, with 10% cash dividend in 2022.

4. Approving list of auditors for the 2022 financial statements.

5. Assigning the BOD to decide some items in 2022.
