The Board resolution dated June 21, 2022, the BOD of SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

To grant the additional funding of VND 275,000,000,000 for SMC Phu My Precision Ltd., Co. . Accordingly, SMC Phu My Precision Ltd., Co will raise charter capital from VND100,000,000,000 to VND375,000,000,000.
To adjust the Company name into SMC Phu My Precision Co., Ltd.
To amend the Business Registration Certificate, charter with new charter capital of SMC Phu My Precision Ltd.
