-          Owning volume before the trading: 2,800,100 shares, equivalent to 51.2% charter capital of Sametel

-          Expected selling volume: 51.2% charter capital of Sametel

-          Trading value is temporarily calculated at par value of 10,000 VND/share: 28,001,000,000 dongs

-          Actual transfer price: no less than 20,000 dongs/share

-          Expected remining owning volume: 0 share

-          Time of implementation: Quarter 2/2022 or Quarter 3/2022.
