Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation announces the following contents:

1. On June 17, 2022, Toan Luc Paper Joint Stock Company (is a subsidiary of VID) approved to pay cash dividend for 2021 with rate of 45%. Accordingly, Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation will receive dividends with total amount of 35,272,561,500 dongs from Toan Luc Paper Joint Stock Company, including: 

• In 2021, Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation received cash dividend with rate of 35% from Toan Luc Paper Joint Stock Company, equivalent to 27,434,214,500 dongs.
• Therefore, Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation continues to receive the remaining 10% cash dividend from Toan Luc Paper Joint Stock Company, equivalent to 7,838,347,000 dongs.

2. Approved the content of General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 17, 2022:

2.1. Approved the plan to distribute the profit in 2021:

-          Remaining profit of 2020 transferred:          43,411,056,502 dongs

-          Profit in 2021:                                                           61,035,663,506 dongs

                       Total:                                    104,446,720,008 dongs            .

-          To pay cash dividend (45%):                        69,120,000,000 dongs; Of which:

+ To pay first cash dividend for 2021 (35%):           53,760,000,000 dongs

+ To pay second cash divdiend for 2021 (10%):      15,360,000,000 dongs

2.2. Approved the remaining profit after tax of VND 35,326,720,008  will be transferred to distribute for the next period.

2.3. Approved the time to pay second cash dividend will be implemented in Quarter II/2022.
