On June 14, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued a decision to put the shares of Japan Vietnam Medical Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (stock code: JVC) into warning status as of June 14, 2022.

Reason: The undistributed after-tax profit as of 12/31/2021 was -1,091.80 billion dongs, and the auditor continued expressing the qualified opinion on the 2020 audited financial statements.
