1. Approved the record date to pay cash dividend for 2021:

-          Record date: June 22, 2022

-          Exercise ratio: 45%/share (4,500 dongs/share).

2. Approved the record date to pay stock dividend for 2021:

-          Record date: June 22, 2022

-          Exercise ratio: 100:30 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 30 new shares).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
