1.     Approved the transaction contract in 2022 between AGM and subsidiaries:

-        Angimex Food Company Limited

-        Angimex Food Processing Company Limited

-        Angimex High-Tech Agricultural Service Company Limited

-        Angimex Food Purchasing Company Limited

-        Angimex Green Era Company Limited.

2.     Approved the contract value is less than 35% of the total value of Angimex's assets recorded in the latest financial statements.

3.     Approved the transaction contract in 2022 between AGM and associated companies, joint venture:

-        Angimex – Kiotu (AKJ)

-        Saigon – An Giang Trading Company Limited (Sagico)

-        Golden Paddy Joint Stock Company

-        Louis Angimex Trading Company Limited.

4.     Approved the contract value is less than VND40 billion.
