The Board resolution dated May 24, 2022, the BOD of Imexpharm Corporation approved the following contents:

1. Approved the business result in Quarter I/2022 and Quarter II/2022.
2. Approved the use of development investment fund to offset bad debts with total value of VND 8,660,694,359.
3. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Han Thi Khanh Vinh – member of BOD as Head of Internal Audit Subcommittee and Risk Management Department to replace Mr. Tran Anh Tuan.
4. Approved the selection of PwC Vietnam company Limited as the auditor for the financial statements in 2022.
