The Board of Directors of DRH Holdings Joint Stock Company (HOSE: DRH) approved to repurchase more shares at Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company (HOSE: KSB), as follows:

- Owning volume before trading: 19,099,025 shares (25.03%)

- Number of shares registered for purchase: 6,000,000 shares

- Owning volume after trading: 25,099,025 shares (32.90%)

- Estimated trading value at par value: VND60,000,000,000.
