Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company announces 2022 AGM Resolution as follows:

1. Approve reports of 2021 business results, 2022 plans and reports of the BOD.

-          Total revenue: 742,000,000,000 dongs

-          Profit before tax: 87,000,000,000 dongs

1. Approving reports of the BOD, Supervisory Board.
2. Approve the auditor for 2022 audited financial statements.
3. Approve the 2021 profit distribution:

-          Profit after tax: 70,792,600,464 dongs

-          2021 cash dividend: 4% of charter capital (the company issued additional shares 1:1 in 2021 already and the cash dividend will be applied on the shares. So, the ratio is down from 8% to 4%) The remaining capital will be used in members’s reinvestments in 2022 for the 2022 dividend target with 8-10%.

1. Approving the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board.
2. Assign to the BOD deciding investments valued at 35% or more of total asset at the lastest financial statements.
3. Approve result reports of projects invested in 2021-2026.
