-          2021 dividend (10% of charter capital): 18,752,687,000 dongs

1. Approve 2022 profit distribution plan.
2. Approve the auditor for 2022 audited financial statements.
3. Change the company’s regulation: the charter capital will be increased from 154,207,820,000 dongs to 187,526,870,000 dongs, after merging PAN into the company.
