1. Approved the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Dieu Linh – member of BOD as Chairwoman of BOD from May 10, 2022.
2. Approved the resignation of Mr. Pham Thieu Hoa as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from May 10, 2022.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Pham Thieu Hoa – member of BOD as Chairman of BOD of the Company from May 10, 2022.
4. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thu Hang - Deputy Chief Executive Officer as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from May 10, 2022.
