Re: The Assignment of the Person in Charge of the Board of Management of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange

Pursuant to Decision No.21/QD-HDTV dated May 20^th, 2022 by the Members Council of the Vietnam Stock Exchange on disciplinary action against the General Director of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange;

Pursuant to Decision No.22/QD-HDTV dated May 20^th, 2022 by the Members Council of the Vietnam Stock Exchange on the assignment of the person in charge of the Board of Management of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce that Ms. Tran Anh Dao, Deputy General Director, will be the person in charge of the Board of Management of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, effective May 20^th, 2022.
