FECON Corporation announces the change in personnel as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of the following persons from the Board of Directors: Mr. Ha The Phuong, Mr. Nguyen Song Thanh, Mr. Phung Tien Trung, and Mr. Pham Trung Thanh.

-          Electing Mr. Nguyen Tran Dang Phuoc and Ms. Nguyen Thi Nghien as Members of the Board of Directors;

-          Approving the resignation of Ms. Pham Thi Hong Nhung from the Board of Supervisors;

-          Electing Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Huong as Member of the Board of Supervisors.
