BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company announces BOD Resolution for tranferring capital at Myanmar as follows:

The BOD approved the comapny tranferring whole capital at Myanmar BAF Livestock Company Ltd. to Viet Agro PTE. LTD. and closing the foreign investment. The company won’t own capital at Myanmar BAF Livestock Company Ltd.

- Transferring capital: 1,494,698.3USD (# 34,624,187,416 dongs)

- Receiver: Viet Agro PTE. LTD.

- Project: Myanmar BAF Livestock Company Ltd.

- Transferring time: planned as of 10 May 2022
