The Board resolution dated May 04, 2022, the Board of Directors of Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approved the extension of the time to distribute shares in the public offering to July 17, 2022 (instead from March 21, 2022 to June 18, 2022).
2. Approved the extension of the time for rights transference, subscription and payment:

-          Time for rights transference: from April 20, 2022 to June 24, 2022 (instead from April 20, 2022 to May 31, 2022)

-          Time for subscription and payment: from April 20, 2022 to July 06, 2022 (instead from April 20, 2022 to June 02, 2022).
