VHC: BOD resolution on selling treasury shares

On April 29, 2022, the BOD of Vinh Hoan Corporation approved the plan to sell its treasury shares with details as follows:

- Number of treasury stock after trading: 1,430,930 shares

- Number of registered shares to sell: 1,430,930 shares

- Expected trading period: within 30 days from the beginning date of the trading implementation.

- Trading method: order matching or put through.
