1. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Huynh Thi Bich Loan as Chairman of Audit Committee of the Company from May 04, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Pham Thi Luong – Independent member of BOD as member of Audit Committee of the Company from May 04, 2022.
3. Approved the resignation of Mr. Vo Thai Son as Chairman of BOD of the Company from May 04, 2022.
