The Board resolution dated April 05, 2022, the BOD of Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company approved to establish the Internal Audit Department under the Board of Directors, including the following members:

-          Mr. Vu Trong  - Independent member of BOD:  Head of Internal Audit Department

-          Mr. Pham Duy Phuong:    member of Internal Audit Department.
