On April 26, 2022, the Board of Directors of VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank approved the second additional purchase of 22,336,059 shares of ASC Securities Corporation (ASC) in the stock issuance to existing shareholders of ASC with total value of VND223,360,590,000. Accordingly, total shares after the additional purchase for 2 phases of 865,120,000 shares with total value of VND8,651,200,000,000.

After the purchase completes, VPBank will own 99.9222% charter capital of ASC for 2 phases.
