2. Stock code: BAF
3. Par value: VND10,000
4. Ex-right date: May 09, 2022         
5. Record date: May 10, 2022          
6. Purpose: to make stock dividend payment and issue new shares for capital increase from the owner’s equity  
7. Detailed information:

a. To make stock dividend payment

-          Exercise ratio: 1:0.45

-          Estimated issue volume: 35,100,000 shares

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 115 shares at the record date, he will receive 51.75 new shares. However, after rounded down, the real number of shares he receives is 51 shares. The fractional part (0.75 share) will be cancelled.

b. To issue new shares for capital increase from the owner’s equity

-          Exercise ratio: 1:0.39

-          Estimated issue volume: 30,420,000 shares

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 115 shares at the record date, he will receive 44.85 new shares. However, after rounded down, the real number of shares he receives is 44 shares. The fractional part (0.85 share) will be cancelled.

ü  Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

ü  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company .
