The Board resolution dated April 25, 2022, the Board of Directors of FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company approved the record date to issue shares for dividend payment and capital increase from the owner’s equity with details as follows:

-          Record date:  May 10, 2022

-          Exercise ratio:

+ Stock issuance to pay dividend: 45% (1:0.45) (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 100 rights will be entitled to receive 45 new shares).

+ Stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity: 39% (1:0.39) (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 100 rights will be entitled to receive 39 new shares).

-          Distribution method:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company.
