-          Stock name: Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs

-          Number of shares issued: 15,971,306 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 15,971,306 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 3,992,826 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): 39,928,260,000 dongs

-          Issuing ratio: 25% (100:25) (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 25 new shares).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 150 shares. With 25% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 150*25/100 = 37.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 37 new shares and fractional shares of 0.5 share will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)
