-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Number of shares issued: 14,107,207 shares

-         Number of outstanding shares: 11,497,257 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 2,609,950 shares

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 280,000 shares

-         Total value of issue (at par value): VND2.800.000.000

-         Issue ratio: 2.453%

-         Issue price: VND20,000/share

-         These shares will be restricted in 03 years from the finish date of the issuance

-         Time of implementation: expected in Quarter II/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)
