The Board resolution dated April 18, 2022, the BOD of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved the result of share private placement with details as follows:

-          Registered offering volume: 60,000,000 shares

-          Distributed volume: 57,000,000 shares:

-          Subscription and settlement volume: 57,000,000 shares

-          Refused volume: 3,000,000 shares.

These shares will be cancelled according to the Annual General Meeting 2021 dated May 15, 2021.
