According to Decision No.229/QD-SGDHCM dated April 14, 2022 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, the stock VFG of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company will be put under supervision status as from April 21, 2022.

Reason: The listed firm has qualified opinions on the audited annual financial statements for 02 consecutive years (2020 and 2021). This is subjected to the supervised securities.
